Harriet Harman

"Am I bovvered?"

Yes, around the throat!

Well the law has caught up with Labour’s Deputy Leader. Harriet Harman is to be prosecuted following a car accident on July 3rd this year. She was using her mobile at the time….oooh….and failed to leave her insurance or car registration details…..oh deary me, now that’s not good is it. However shouting “I’m Harriet Harman – you know where you can get hold of me” soon sorted the situation out.

Gordon Brown has offered to do a hand written character reference.

Number of properties bought under Government’s £115m Rent to HomeBuy Scheme: None!

Launched in July last year the Rent To HomeBuy scheme is designed to help home buyers such as first time buyers and key workers get on the property ladder. Considering property prices are lower than a year or two ago you would think people would be queuing up. Of those who have signed up nobody has purchased a home. The scheme is open to any household with incomes below £60,000. Even existing homeowners who can no longer afford to move can take advantage.

Under the scheme, you can rent a new-build home for up to five years, initially paying 80 per cent or less of the market rent. The difference is paid by the Government and this subsidy makes up the bulk of the scheme’s costs. Then, at any point during those five years, the participants can buy a minimum of 25 per cent of the home, having saved up the deposit while paying the low rent.

Falling House Prices

Rightmove has reported that the asking prices for properties in the UK fell 1.6% in the four weeks up to November 7th 2009. That’s an average of £3,744 per property being marketed.

Miles Shipside, commercial director of Rightmove, said: ”In all but the most buoyant of markets, home moving comes second to Christmas festivities. ”While the market has recovered from some dreadful lows, this month’s price fall proves that it does not yet have the strength to buck seasonal trends.” ”We therefore expect three months of asking price falls before a tentative recovery in early spring, likely followed by pre-election jitters.”

Just over 89,000 properties were put on the market during the period, similar to levels recorded a year earlier, but still 30% below the volume in 2007.

Just a short post. For over two years the corrupt banking systems have, in the main part, been supported by us, the tax payer. And during that time I have had to put up with this lady. Angela Knight C.B Bloody E. She is so spineless. Defending the banks with half hearted, groundless sound bites. From a by gone era of wet Tories, this dinosaur still exists earning God knows what as Chief Executive of the BBA.

Churning out blah, blah, blah. The Banks fucked up Lady!! Simple. Don’t you get the message. Joe Public is not interested about excuses. Do us a favour…get off our screens.

It is this kind of drivel that got John Major kicked out. Where are Francis Pym, John Biffen and the rest?

Typical Socialists. They hate the monarchy. See, it doesn’t fit with socialist principles. It never has, even when it’s hidden behind the ‘New Labour’ vail, the truth will out.

Labour Party candidite Peter White has shown his true colours about the Monarchy on Facebook. Mr. White will be contesting the South Hornchurch ward in Havering next year. His Facebook response was to Conservative MP Andrew Rosindell, who has presented a Bill calling for a national holiday to coincide with the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in 2012.

On Facebook, he wrote “What is the point of celebrating the Diamond Jubilee of someone who is born into a position of privilege, she is a parasite and milks this country for everything she can. She has more front than Margate asking for extra money from the civil list. Maybe she should sell a couple of properties.”
