UPDATE 17-01-10: With Tony Blair currently rehearsing his lines for his appearance at the Chilcot inquiry of the Iraq war, it looks like this subject is going to be hot news. Blair received intelligence 10 days before the war started that Iraq had dismantled any Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD’s). These are the same W.M.D’s that could be launched with 45 minutes, according to an Iraqi Taximan and which was included as ‘evidence’ with the dodgy dossier. Then of course, it turned to ‘regime change’, at the same time Gordon Brown was planning to do the same thing.So I am really looking forward to the next few weeks. This inquiry was delayed by Labour time and time again to avoid embarrassment but unfortunately couldn’t be put off any longer. It has started just before the next election. Timing is everything they say.

Tony Blair for European President? Have our memories faded that quickly?

What will you be remembered for? Well, I won’t be remembered for much. But Tony Blair will be. He sold the war in Iraq to the British People and the international community on the basis of Weapons Of Mass Destruction (W.M.D). He was the lap dog of the United States. Afraid to stand up proud with his own convictions but instead felt our ’special relationship’ with the U.S.A. was more important. And why are our politicians so obsessed with this so called ’special relationship’? Apart from World War II what have the Americans done for Britain. Seriously, get a pen and paper and write down what the yanks have done for us.

That stumped you didn’t it!

Oil, that was a major factor. Installing influence in the region that the Americans rely on so much. Also, Bush was after Saddam following his Fathers inability to finish the job in the first Gulf War. Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 so that couldn’t be used as a angle to attack. So W.M.D’s..that’ll do! Sounds evil, menacing. The British will buy that deceptive rationale.

In an article published in The Sunday Times, Robin Cook, the former foreign secretary, claimed that two weeks before Iraq was invaded Blair had privately conceded that Iraq had no usable WMD.

Tony Blair wasn’t suckered into supporting a regime headed by Bush and heavily influenced by Neo-Cons and The Carlyle Group. He Lied. He chose to lie. Tony Blair was and is a liar.

Can you imagine being remembered in history for being a puppet of such a shameful, criminal administration? Being remembered for being a LIAR. I wonder if Blair looks into the mirror and feels guilty? He should do.

Blair is now the E.U.’s Middle East Envoy. Jobs for the boys. Funny that. And to become the first European President….god help us!
