ITV HD – England’s missed goal

Viewer’s miss goal – ITV HD’s pathetic incompetence rears it’s ugly head again!

All the hype, all the anticipation and we are let down again. No, not the England football teams performance in the first World Cup game…ITV HD of course.

There is plenty of outcry this morning about ITV HD’s cock up/gaffe last night meaning we all missed Gerrard’s goal against the United States. But, for Freesat users who have had to endure ITV’s attempt at providing a ’so called’ HD service, it will come as no surprise.

Ever since ITV launched it’s HD red button service, Freesat viewers have been left frustrated by mediocre picture quality, a litany of cock ups, a lack of information and HD transmissions either not occurring or being shown in standard definition.

Bite Size Deals: Another U.S Based Scam?

Posted in Business/Economy, Crazy Cameras, Technology, Web on April 20th, 2010 by admin – Be the first to comment

Firstly….still waiting for my refund from Crazy Cameras….of course!

www.Bitesizedeals.co.uk has just as many unhappy customers on the web, just as many comments about non refunds and non delivery of goods. I came across this You Tube video about Bite Size Deals.

Many seem to suggest that BITE SIZE DEALS (www.bitesizedeals.co.uk) and CRAZY CAMERAS www.crazycameras.co.uk are run by the same scammers.

These sites are US based…NOT UK.

The products, if you ever get it delivered, are imports and may not have a UK warranty.

YOU are responsible for all import taxes, if ever delivered, which adds a fair bit to the apparent ‘discount’.

They will not allow orders to be cancelled.

www.crazycameras.co.uk – Facebook Group Comments

Posted in Business/Economy, Crazy Cameras, Technology, Web on April 7th, 2010 by admin – Be the first to comment

The initial comments on the Facebook Group ‘www.crazycameras.co.uk – DO NOT USE this U.S based website scam’ sums up Crazy Cameras’s business activities.

‘I also have been ripped off by this company, I eventually got my money back through my credit card company, however I have suddenly had fraudulent transactions on my CC account which I can only suggest is as a result of using this company, my CC company picked up one very quickly fortunately and blocked the card before too much damage was done.’

‘Hope this gathers momentum and gets these crooks exposed! Had a nightmare with this lot to say the least! Took over a month, my credit card company’s fraud department, the Better Business Bureau, the FBI cyber crime division and an awful lot of my time spent typing to get my money back. Worst online experience I’ve ever had!’
